IT Operations Analyst – Permanent Opportunity -Financial Services
- Onsite 5 days a week, based in the City, London
- £40,000 – £50,000 per year
This cryptocurrency company are one of the largest and most well-established digital investment groups in Europe. They are now looking to hire an IT Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of providing first and second-line support, collaborating on IT improvement projects, and working alongside leaders in the digital asset space.
From traditional networking challenges to state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure requirements, you’ll tackle a diverse range of tasks with enthusiasm and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical assistance to employees, both in person and remotely.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware across various devices.
- Manage software updates and assist with IT projects and deployments.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our IT infrastructure.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in first and second-line support, including service desk operations.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, with hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of cloud services like Google Workspace, Office365, and Okta.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of networks and familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
