Institutional Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with the Sales Directors and have involvement in various aspects of relationship building and sales processes.
• Organise and track meetings/conference calls.
• Manage the production of client meeting materials.
• Attend meetings with prospects, writing meeting notes and ensuring that follow-up is completed efficiently.
• Carry out market research, identifying potential clients and suitable strategies.
• Ensure RFPs are coordinated internally and contribute to final messaging.

Requirements

• 1-4 years’ experience in a similar role within asset management e.g. Sales Support, Client Services, Investor Relations etc.
• IMC qualification is preferable and ambitions to work towards the CFA is desirable.
• Confident communicator with a desire to progress into Sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
