Job Description
As the Interim Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our facilities. This position requires hands-on Total Facilities Management experience at an operational level. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the wider FM strategy, providing valuable insights and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- Oversee maintenance, security, cleaning, and other essential facilities services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their facilities-related needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the broader FM strategy.
- Provide regular reports on facilities performance and recommend improvements.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of overseeing the delivery of a range of FM services and be able to contribute at both an operational and strategic level.
The role is based in Worcestershire and will require an ongoing site presence so candidates must be able to meet this requirement.
