This interim role seeks an FP&A Manager in the Professional Services sector to lead the Accounting & Finance Department based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Description

• Leading financial planning and analysis activities
• Preparing and presenting financial forecasts
• Monthly reporting to the board
• Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Providing financial trends and forecasts to management
• Recommending actions by analysing and interpreting data
• Protecting operations by keeping financial information confidential

Profile

A successful Interim FP&A Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Able to work in office in central Oxford
• Experience in fast paced high growth business

Job Offer
