This is a unique (P&C) opportunity to work for a well established agricultural organisation based in Suffolk.
Your new role
This is a fixed-term contract supporting a large organisation, working as part of a wider HR team. The key duties for this job are to support a change management project. This job will involve supporting change management, reorganisation, acquisition and restructuring projects; being able to support both HR and legal requirements and lead on a technology update and implementation programme across multiple sites.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and a true HR generalist manager, both pragmatic and 'hands on' in your approach. It is essential that you have experience of either change management, restructuring, or business reorganisation as this will be a fundamental part of this project, and you will be expected to hit the ground running. This job will be supporting regional sites and will require some travel and overnight stays. Technology implementation experience would be hugely advantageous as this will also be a key part of this project.
This will suit a proactive, high energy specialist who can commit for 6 Months.
