Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a technology business to secure an Interim Learning and Development Manager for a 4-month fixed term period.
The role is part of the global talent development team and reports to the Senior Director, Learning and Development who is based in the USA. You will lead on the design, development and implementation of global learning programs and collaborate with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business. The L&D Manager will lead on the implementation of learning initiatives to include compliance, training, onboarding, management development and leadership development.
What are we looking for?
The Learning and Development Manager will need to have a good grasp of data analysis to be able to create training dashboards and reports for the senior leaders in the business and support the people team on DEI and all talent development programs across the business. You will have extensive experience across the learning remit and be able to demonstrate breadth across end to end learning design and delivery
