MCS Group is urgently seeking an interim Purchase Ledger on behalf of a key client based in Belfast City Centre.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Registering and Coding Invoices
- 3 Way Match PO-Goods Receipt-Invoice
- Reconciling suppliers’ monthly statements.
- Prepare Weekly Payment Run
- Dealing with Incoming Queries
- Assisting with general administration of the Finance Department.
Essential:
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C to include Mathematics) or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience of working in a finance department
- Experience of using computerised financial systems
- Experience of Excel spreadsheets
- Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Ability to use initiative
- Teamplayer
- Flexible approach to work
