Interim Purchase Ledger - Hybrid - Belfast

MCS Group is urgently seeking an interim Purchase Ledger on behalf of a key client based in Belfast City Centre.

Immediate start. Hybrid role. Competitive hourly rate. Flexible working.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Registering and Coding Invoices
• 3 Way Match PO-Goods Receipt-Invoice
• Reconciling suppliers’ monthly statements.
• Prepare Weekly Payment Run
• Dealing with Incoming Queries
• Assisting with general administration of the Finance Department.

Essential:

• 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C to include Mathematics) or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience of working in a finance department
• Experience of using computerised financial systems
• Experience of Excel spreadsheets
• Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Ability to use initiative
• Teamplayer
• Flexible approach to work
