Our client is a recognised and established construction, retail and distribution business with a workforce of over 1000+ individuals across their EU operation. The role will provide hybrid working, 3 days in the offices in Middlesex/ South West London and 2 days from home.
Job Description
The successful Internal Communications Executive will have the following responsibilities;
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans
- Create engaging content for internal channels
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Internal Communications
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messages
- Organise and manage internal events
- Support change management initiatives
- Enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Communications Executive should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role in Internal Communications and the gravitas to work with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using communication software
- Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities
