Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000 + Company performance bonus, circa £1,200

The role of the Internal Sales - Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation will involve:

• Internal sales position, selling a newly manufactured range of MLCP (multi-layer composite pipes), MVHR (ventilation) and UFH (underfloor heating)
• Selling into predominantly plumbing & heating contractors, drainage contractors, M&E contractors, installers & sub-wholesalers
• Dealing with an average order size between £5k - £10k across all product ranges
• Your time will be split evenly three ways between; preparing quotes/estimations from plans & documents, supporting the external sales team with general administrative duties and pro-actively calling new & existing customers to generate sales
• Respond to incoming queries via telephone & email, providing technical advice and support
• Follow up on quotes and new sales opportunities in a prompt fashion
• Promoting a very well-known European brand with industry leading products (small but growing reputation in the UK market)

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation with:

• Must have sales office experience; Internal Sales, sales support, customer service etc.
• Ideally will have experience within plumbing & heating or HVAC industries
• Confident with working autonomously & within a small team
• Not reliant on a leading UK brand name/ comfortable acting as a brand ambassador
• IT Savvy, able to use office & CRM systems
• Energetic self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines
• Calm, reliable, trustworthy and professional approach
