Responsibilities: Qualification and following up of any sales enquires that are handed on from the Customer Experience team and the project sales team. Processing and managing customer orders Handing of small projects (Residential projects) Liaise with customers and the internal operations team and external suppliers over delivery times and supplier prices Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Prepare quotes for standard and bespoke products, log on the CRM tenuously following up Taking incoming sales enquiries that come over telephone, email, and website Skills/Attributes required: Team player with a positive attitude Willingness- goes the extra mile Tenacious about getting the detail down.
