We are recruiting for an International Business Administrator! We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our international client. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage the team's calendars, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and meetings.
- Delegate Visits: Organise and coordinate delegate visits, including accommodation, transport, and scheduling of meetings.
- International Travel: Book and arrange logistics for international travel, ensuring the team's smooth transition between locations.
- Event Management: Be the go-to person for event management, booking rooms, and making necessary arrangements. Notify individuals of any event changes promptly.
- Preliminary Research: Conduct thorough research on various topics as required, providing valuable insights to support the team's decision-making processes.
- Focal Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The person:
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen interest in International Business and a global mindset.
This role will start of as a 1 year fixed term contract with a view to going perm.
