As Business Advisory’s International Solution Lead - ESG, you will be crucial in overseeing the strategy, planning, design and global success of the ESG Solution. Your leadership will be essential in managing and significantly contributing to sales across regions.
Ideal candidates should have 20+ years expertise in ESG, a track record of designing profitable services in a consulting environment, and strong experience in generating sales. You will have strong leadership and an outstanding ability to oversee the design and development of profitable services.
Role
- Oversee the strategy and planning for the ESG Solution
- Ensure continuous enhancement of existing and development of new ESG services
- Facilitate the development and enhancement of service specific processes, framework and templates that underpin the delivery to clients of ESG services
- Ensure appropriate testing of the propositions in the ESG Solution (enabled by geographic leads)
- Ensure strong co-ownership from senior, influential Partners via effective engagement, collaboration and codesign of ESG services
- Ensure strong collaboration and appropriate levels of consistency between regional solution teams
- Support the increase of mindshare for ESG Solution across relevant and target legal colleagues
- Facilitate/support building ESG Solution service, proposition, technical and market knowledge across the region solution teams
- Facilitate identification and leverage ESG Solution specific capability within our legal teams
- Coach regional solution teams on how to deliver the ESG services and propositions
· What you will need
· Significant and relevant subject matter expertise, credentials and practical market experience in ESG
· Track record of designing and improving profitable and successful ESG services
· Track record of generating work both individually and as part of a ESG team in a complex sales system
· Outstanding ability to co-design propositions and services with team members, industry experts and legal colleagues
· Highly skilled at establishing and maintaining relationships with, and influencing, senior stakeholders
· Highly skilled at strategic planning, development and mobilisation of services and ‘go to market’ strategies/approaches
· Strong leadership of client delivery teams and ability to build confidence and belief within team members
· Experience of successfully delivering team sales targets
