Salary: £45,446

We have an opportunity for an Investment Project Leader to join us! 

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end successful delivery of a wide range of investment programmes that achieve high levels of customer care throughout. The successful candidate will take the lead on the full design, procurement, management and delivery of a wide range of Investment Projects and ensure a focus on customer satisfaction, quality control and health and safety. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Hold a relevant qualification or have professional experience delivering major programmes of work 

• Hold a SMSTS qualification or willingness to work towards 

• Experience of cost evaluation and project control 

• Understanding of contractor performance 

• Experience of drafting and developing specifications of work and procurement 

• Good understanding of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM Regulations 

• Demonstrable evidence of project management that evidence high levels of customer care
