The Client:
VWA is recruiting for one of our longstanding Private Equity clients, with stunning offices in the West End; with around 50 people in the London office and global locations as well, they operate with a collaborative and 'one team' approach.
About the Investor Relations Executive Assistant role:
Supporting a small number of Partners and Principals, you will be part of a hard-working and high-performing team. Duties will be varied including:
- Extensive calendar management working across multiple time-zones.
- Arranging international travel and roadshows.
- Collating and preparing conference materials.
- Managing expenses.
- Inputting relevant information into the company CRM system including logging meetings, tracking conference attendances.
- Assisting with the arranging of annual Investor Conferences.
- Research duties as required.
- Wider administrative support on an ad hoc basis.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience as Executive/Team Assistant with strong preference for Private Equity or Investor Relations experience (other financial services will be considered).
- Experienced in supporting a busy team in a fast-paced environment.
- Interested to develop industry knowledge.
- French language skills would be ideal but not essential.
- Detail-orientated.
- Highly personable, communicative and proactive.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
- CRM system experience - ideally Salesforce.
- Flexible and happy to assist with broader office tasks.
