The Client:
VWA is recruiting for one of our longstanding Private Equity clients, with stunning offices in the West End; with around 50 people in the London office and global locations as well, they operate with a collaborative and 'one team' approach.

About the Investor Relations Executive Assistant role:
Supporting a small number of Partners and Principals, you will be part of a hard-working and high-performing team. Duties will be varied including:

• Extensive calendar management working across multiple time-zones.
• Arranging international travel and roadshows.
• Collating and preparing conference materials.
• Managing expenses.
• Inputting relevant information into the company CRM system including logging meetings, tracking conference attendances.
• Assisting with the arranging of annual Investor Conferences.
• Research duties as required.
• Wider administrative support on an ad hoc basis.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience as Executive/Team Assistant with strong preference for Private Equity or Investor Relations experience (other financial services will be considered).
• Experienced in supporting a busy team in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested to develop industry knowledge.
• French language skills would be ideal but not essential.
• Detail-orientated.
• Highly personable, communicative and proactive.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
• CRM system experience - ideally Salesforce.
• Flexible and happy to assist with broader office tasks.
