You're role as IT Desktop Support Analyst will be to provide support to 40+ staff, based in the UK and Southeast Asia, helping them on-site and remotely.
You will report to the Head of IT and be involved in a broad range of cutting-edge technologies (from end user to IT architecture and Cybersecurity technologies).
Salary: up to £40,000 + bonus + 12.5% employer pension contribution
Location: Central London (Hybrid - lunch allowance provided on office based days)
We're looking for a self-starter who is keen to develop their career in IT Support, being open to learning about new technologies across the tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest levels of Desktop Support in-person and remotely
- Provision and rollout of end user technologies (both hardware and software).
- Maintain the asset, change and security control databases.
- Infrastructure and video conferencing support (both on-premises and cloud-based).
- Take ownership of incidents and projects, liaise with other team members and third parties when required.
- Project proposals, solution trials and delivery.
Ideally you'll have:
- Customer service driven and strong communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a team and self-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Goes the extra mile to get the job done and has the ability to plan work to deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Windows 11 desktop administration and troubleshooting (including Microsoft Office and networking).
- Proven Microsoft 365 administration (including Windows Autopilot, Exchange, Intune, OneDrive for Business, Teams and SharePoint).
- Experience in VMware virtualisation, networking and Cybersecurity skills would be advantageous.
