IT Director - Enterprise Applications (ERP CRM) London / WFH to £140k

As an IT Director you will be vital in delivering the Corporate IT strategy, ensuring that all employees have the tools they need and that all internal systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, O365 and associated infrastructure) are secure, efficient and reliable.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership, mentoring and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team, managing resource allocation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Overseeing the design, implementation and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure that supports business needs; ensuring high availability, reliability and performance of critical systems and services
• Leading the strategic planning, development, and management of the company's enterprise systems, including ERP, HR and other critical platforms
• Providing strategic guidance on the selection and implementation of tools and technologies to enhance productivity
• Establishing and enforcing security protocols and best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Developing and executing a technology roadmap for enterprise systems, managing budgets and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation

This IT Director is a senior role with plenty of stakeholder liaison as part of the management team, you'll interact closely with the business and influence the technology decisions in collaboration with other Engineering Leads / Managers across different teams.

Location / WFH Policy:

There's currently a remote interview and onboarding process, following that you'll join colleagues in the London office for 2 days a week with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.

Requirements:

• You have excellent client facing communication skills and are able to build productive relationships
• You have extensive experience managing medium to large scale IT and Enterprise System environments
• You have experience of working in a digital / eCommerce / high volume website environment
• You have an indepth understanding of enterprise-level applications such as ERP, CRM, and other critical business platforms
• You have experience of migrating to and managing Cloud based environments
• You can think strategically and drive technology change that aligns with business goals
• You have strong team leadership skills
• You're a collaborative and pragmatic communicator with stakeholder management experience
