You'll be joining a small team responsible for the management of third party IT services contracts, ensuring that services and hardware are delivered within agreed KPI's utilising ITIL processes.
Working in a hybrid environment (the office is easily accessible from Glasgow by train or car) you'll enjoy a salary in the region of GBP40k to GBP45k + benefits (excellent pension, 37 days holiday and great career prospects)
Profile
If this sounds like the kid of role you're looking for then here's what you'll need to bring:
- Previous experience in IT Vendor Management
- Demonstrable experience of IT Services contract management
- Experience in the management of IT services delivered by 3rd parties
- Skilled in analysis and reporting as well as IT Services improvement
- ITIL qualification
- Any experience of public sector procurement is highly desirable
