IT Support Engineer - Up to £28,000 per annum
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is currently seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for IT support, troubleshooting, and maintaining essential systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, DNS, VPN, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Offer timely and effective technical assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software-related problems.
- Participate in system upgrades, installations, and configuration changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) would be advantageous.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, 5 days a week.
- Office-based role.
