It Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer - Up to £28,000 per annum

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is currently seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for IT support, troubleshooting, and maintaining essential systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, DNS, VPN, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Offer timely and effective technical assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software-related problems.
• Participate in system upgrades, installations, and configuration changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, 5 days a week.
• Office-based role.
