Do you have a great range of experience within a 2nd line Helpdesk role and looking for your next step into a team lead position? Or an IT Team Lead looking to explore a new company? An exciting new opportunity has come up to join a Bristol based team, you will be providing support to the team while also delivering hands on technical support!
Please note due to the nature of this role you will be required to be fully onsite Monday to Friday. This role is hands on and support is primarily provided face to face to all employees. The shift pattern will start as early as 7:30am with the latest finish being 5:30pm.
This role is offering a salary ranging £28,000 to £35,000 dependent on level of experience, 20 days annual leave (increasing with service) + bank holidays and a company pension scheme.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years within a 2nd support / server support based roles
- Prior team lead experience / mentoring junior team members
- Technical knowledge across Microsoft Office 365 + Windows 10
- Technical knowledge across Active Directory
- Technical knowledge across Azure
- Clear and professional communication skills – verbal and written
