It Support Engineer

Role: Contract Desktop Support Engineer
Rates: £140-160/day
Location: Derby
Scope: Inside IR35
Duration: 12 months
The Role:
Lorien Global are working in partnership with an iconic British brand based in Derby. With an ever-growing workload and a massive need for support at present we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineers who are immediately available to support them over the next 12 months.
Your role is to successfully support the business operations and ensure a streamlined delivery. Taking ownership of any technical faults that come through the support queue.
Due to requirements, we have an ASAP start date.
The Skill Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who have a blend of the following skills:

• Management of Windows Server (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
• Understanding of typical hardware faults (Printers, Laptops, Desktops etc.)
• Knowledge of ideally supporting both but one is okay (Windows OS & iOS)
• Good understanding of SCCM and Laptop builds
• Understanding of Office 365 including SharePoint and InTune

Having access to a car and a driving licence would be useful but not required.
Day rate is up to £160day the contract length will be an initial 12 month term.
