Robert Half Technology are excited to be partnering exclusively with an established client in Swindon to recruit an IT Support Technician providing 1st and 2nd line support, and contribute to 3rd line infrastructure projects. This is an ideal role for an experienced Service Desk or IT Support Engineer who is looking for progression and exposure to new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line end-user support, supporting hardware and software queries
- Contribute to documentation, identify areas of improvements and champion changes across the Service Desk
- Deliver excellent customer service to users across the business, ensuring tickets are achieved according to agreed SLAs
- Manage and maintain MS365 environment
- Install and configure hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile devices
About You:
- Previous eperience working an IT Service Desk
- Understanding of MS365, Active Directory, Windows Server, TCP/IP, OneDrive, Entra ID
- Use of Endpoint Manager, SCCM or InTune
- Proven knowledge resolving IT Service Desk tickets
- Passionate about keeping abreast of new technologies
