Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Microsoft Office 365
• Basic Networking skills
• Active Directory
• Remote & Desktop support
• IT certifications or Engineering Degree (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
