Job Title: Japanese speaking HR Coordinator
Location: City of London
Hours of work: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00)
*Work from home is possible; 3 day / week
Gross salary: £31 – £37K / year
■Responsibilities - Main Mission: Administrative support of all EMEA expatriate staff
Support tasks for expatriates
· Coordination of meetings within EMEA, personal evaluation feedback for expatriates, schedule management for promotion review employees.
· Aggregation and management of working hours, reporting to each department managers and YKK Japan.
· Administrative support for performance evaluation of EMEA Group expatriates.
· Personal expatriates matter (as required) e.g. education allowances, travel & medical insurance.
· Administrative support of data/document requests from Japan HQ to EMEA companies & collection / transferral of said information back to Japan HQ. E.g. salary & bonus calculations and personal data.
· Support of expatriate visa applications to countries outside of the UK
Including support tasks for non-expatriate staff
· Progress management support for various projects (includes support of non-expatriate staff).
· Aggregation and reporting of the number of employees in ISAEMA companies.
· Handle ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.
· Any other HR support (as required).
Including support tasks for non-expatriate staff
· Database management projects (as required) e.g. group mailing addresses, expatriate bulletin board.
· Administrative support of expatriates relocation into & out of the UK.
· Arrange telegrams.
· Any other General Affairs support (as required).
■Experience & Skills
Essential Criteria:
· Experience in Excel skills - pivot tables, and VLOOKUP are a must.
· Above business level of English and Japanese
· Data analysis ability
· Logical thinking
· Applicants must have the right to work in the UK as the Company is not able to support visa applications.*
Desirable Criteria:
· Experience in handling new arrival Expatriates
· Experience in HR
· Working in a multi-national company
■Experience and ability gain by working in the company
· Ability to collect and organize information in operating companies (about 20 companies) as regional headquarters.
· Ability to coordinate HR strategies while involving operating companies.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with individuals from various backgrounds.
· Experience in supporting the planning and coordination of HR strategies while working for the company and individual EMEA Group companies.
