ROLE PROFILE: Develops and applies video production expertise to create impactful, effective video and audio content that supports marketing/communications campaigns and business priorities to raise profiles, generate leads and build brand equity for LSEG and its sub-brands through effective customer and internal communications. This role is for someone with experience working in a fast-paced environment. There may be opportunities to stretch yourself on shoots with our senior producer. We will also require you to work on requests from across the company to edit existing content and create subtitles as necessary. Experience and an understanding of various social media platforms (including, but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram) would be a definite advantage, especially how corporate organisations can maximise their use. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: • Edit existing content. Edit and assemble high-quality video and audio content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition. • Edit existing motion graphics and create visually engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects. • Sorting and organising raw footage from shoots. • Work with the team to manage our media storage. • Lead on simple shoots and assist on more complex shoots, including setting up three-point lighting and operating various digital video cameras (Sony FS7, FX3, FX6 etc.). • Tailor or reversion video content for different social media platforms, optimising reach and engagement for LSEG. • Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring all technical aspects are in place for a successful production. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video production, editing, and social media content creation. • Working in collaboration with the team take responsibility for keeping our kit room organised and tidy, and to create an inventory. • Ensure all production deadlines are met to the highest quality standards. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • Professional or graduate qualifications in film or television production including training in filming and editing. • Proven experience editing video content with Adobe Premiere Pro. • Experience working in fast paced environment producing online and/or broadcast videos. Working knowledge of After Effects. Experience with film shoots, including three-point lighting and camera operation (Sony FS7, FX3, FX6 or similar). • Experience of post-production tools a definite advantage, both grading and audio. • Understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements (a plus).
