- Key Account Relationship Manager experience with stringent contract service requirements, terms and penalties knowledge
- Complex multi-discipline telecoms engineering environment experience
- Understanding of hardware and software development processes (Waterfall & Agile)
- Project/programme planning, risk management
- Experience working with government contract guidelines, eg UKG Model Service Contracts would be advantageous
- PRINCE2, APM or IPM equivalent also beneficial
