Job Purpose:
We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our Children, Young People and Families team to deliver whole family work and one2one work with children, young people and parents in a variety of settings including family homes, schools, youth and community settings.
Keyworkers will support families to achieve the following outcomes:
• Good early years development
• Getting a good education
• Children safe from abuse and exploitation
• Improved mental and physical health
• Financial stability and secure housing
• Improved family relationships
A working week of 37.5 hours, this will involve delivery after school and early evenings two to three times per week based on the needs of the caseload.
