AO staff work within the Make the Call Telephony Team as Telephony Agents.

The Telephony Team resource the line and handle inbound and outbound calls and maintain records on office computer systems.

Main duties -

Provide callers with a free and confidential Needs Assessment and give advice on benefits, supports and services

Essential Experience Required -

Good computer and communication skills and ability to use telephony equipment.

Desired Experience -

Previous experience of dealing with the public / Experience in telephony is desirable.

**5 GCSES INCLUDING MATHS AND ENGLISH PROOF IS REQUIRED**

Access NI check required
