The Directors are seeking to appoint a KS1 SRB Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who shares our vision of outstanding outcomes and progress for all pupils within a caring and supportive environment.
We are expanding our Trust to incorporate a Key Stage 1 and a Key Stage 2 Social, Emotional and Mental Health Specialist Resource Bases. This expansion gives us an exciting opportunity to further our work with children with special educational needs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working with KS1 children with special educational needs.
- Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Is confident operating within a team to ensure collaborative working.
- Is resilient, patient with a nurturing approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Has a warm personality and a good sense of humour.
