I am seeking an experienced L&D Administrator to join my client in Havant. As an L&D Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development function in the efficient and smooth running of all administrative aspects of the delivery of workshops and programmes, including organising events, supporting bookings, scheduling dates, database management, preparing resources, budgets, and evaluation reporting.
**This is a hybrid role, in Havant Hampshire**
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Learning and Development function in the efficient and smooth running of all administrative aspects of the delivery of workshops and programmes.
- Organise events, support bookings, schedule dates, and manage databases.
- Prepare resources, budgets, and evaluation reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an L&D Administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
