Learning Content Designer

The Role:
Title: Learning Content Designer
Contract type: 10 month fixed term contract – maternity cover
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford or Sale Point, Manchester
Persona: Agile, office based 20-40% (3-4 days homeworking, 1-2 days in office)
Salary: London Weighted - Starting from £34,904 per annum
Outside London - Starting from £31,250 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Content Designer to join the team on a 10 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Reporting to the Learning Solutions and Systems Manager, you will be part of the L&D Academy team dedicated to providing top-quality eLearning and training. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of eLearning projects across the L&Q Group. You will also be working closely with Subject Matter Experts to create bespoke digital learning solutions to support the implementation of new software and embedding L&Q’s policies and processes.

Practical experience in the delivery of instructional design for eLearning and other supporting materials is essential as is experience with authoring tools preferably Adobe Captivate. You must be a first-class communicator, capable of empathising with both technical and non-technical people, with excellent organisational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can work independently and be proactive and creative in generating and promoting innovative learning solutions.
