Responsibilities: 
  

• Assist students in the capacity of a Learning Support Assistant. 
• Implement strategies to meet the specific needs of individual students. 
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to formulate support plans. 
• Cultivate a supportive environment to improve social interactions and communication. 
• Provide support with daily tasks, academic activities, and execute interventions for behaviour management. 

 
Requirements: 
  

• Having prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant is beneficial. 
• Effective communication skills to ensure clear interactions. 
• Demonstrated patience and empathy. 
• Flexibility and adaptability.
