As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SEN students, providing 1-2-1 assistance.
- Aid in behavior management and offer support in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement personalized learning plans.
- Ensure students have full access to the curriculum and their examinations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student development.
- Ability to adapt to individual student needs.
