Responsibilities:
- Support students as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Apply tailored approaches to address the unique requirements of each student.
- Work closely with educators, therapists, and parents to develop support plans.
- Foster a nurturing atmosphere to enhance social interactions and communication.
- Assist with everyday tasks, academic endeavours, and implement interventions for behaviour management.
