Key Responsibilities for the Legal Cashier Team Leader:
- Supervise and guide the office Cashier Team, ensuring service excellence and adherence to internal controls.
- Manage day-to-day office transactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee expense claim submissions and reporting through internal systems.
- Administer firm credit cards and reconcile statements promptly.
- Provide feedback and support for team performance and development.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Requirements for the Legal Cashier Team Leader:
- Prior Legal Cashiering experience in the legal sector is mandatory
- Previous experience supervising Legal Cashiering teams.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations (SRA Rules) and financial processes
- Proficient in data input and software systems (Aderant, Elite 3e or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, adaptable, and deadline-oriented.
- Basic Excel skills and ability to learn new roles.
