Responsibilities and Duties:

• Checking completion packs against ledgers
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accordance with legal requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Issue client invoices and manage debt recovery processes.
• Handle client queries regarding billing and payments.
• Ensure compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and other regulatory requirements
• Posting of bills

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and legal accounting software.
• Knowledge of the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and VAT regulations.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
