Reporting into a friendly and highly supportive Head of Legal, you will have responsibility for assisting on customer and supplier contracts and advising on bids and tenders, to advising on strategic projects, as well as others matters such as GDPR, Employment, IT/Tech contacts. You will also be tasked with intergrating subsidiary companies which have been acquired.
If you are a lawyer wanting a true step up in the level of work on offer to you, this offers that. You will get a lot of exposure to the business and the business are looking for a lawyer who can advise on the risk, but also balance that with the commercial reward.

The business is very flexible around hybrid working, looking for 1 day per week in Milton Keynes.
The base salary is market rate for the PQE level and the package includes a very generous car allowance and 20% discretionary bonus.
