SalaryLeading US firm is hiring a Legal Float PA on a permanent basis to provide first class support at Senior Partner level across all areas including Corporate, Litigation and Tax.
Salary up to £48,000Exceptional benefits including free breakfast and lunchFull-time in the office (5 days) 9.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities for the successful Legal Float PA will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Coordination complex business itineraries and travel arrangements
- Organising and prioritising telephone calls, mail, documents and projects
- Managing schedules and organise activities such as meetings, conferences and departmental activities
- Maintaining filing and records management systems and transcribes from tapes, handwritten materials and/or dictation
- Additionally you will be asked to utilises the Firm's computer systems and software applications, prepares legal documents and opening new files.
Key Requirements for the Legal Float PA are:
- Minimum of 3 years Legal PA experience working at Senior Partner level
- Excellent written, organisation and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and Document Production skills
