THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic city-based Law Firm where you will become an integral part of the team. This role would be suitable for someone with a minimum of two years in a similar role within a law firm, with great attention to detail and a passion for providing a high level of support. THE ROLE
To provide a high level of support to fee earners
- Diary management
- Meeting management
- Travel management - international
- Document work
- Filing, e filing and archiving
- Billing
- Assisting with production and distribution of management accounts reports
- Create weekly presentations and monthly reports.
- Processing invoices
- Supporting the wider team when needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum of 2 years as a Legal PA
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and professional with a strong service ethic.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and see them through to completion.
- Robust with the ability to cope with a demanding environment.
- A team player who is confident sharing information across a broader team.
