Our client is looking for a “Family Operations Officer” to help ease the load for the House Manager and PA running a large household and family in Holland park. This role will require meticulous organisation, being able to think on your feet, act as a team player and happy to travel with the family from time to time.
Duties included (but not exclusive to):-
- Logistical and travel planning
- Hotel and transport bookings
- Household correspondence
- Staff and security management
- Managing family’s daily diaries including the children’s dairies
To begin with, the candidate will prepare and plan proposals for the current PA and house manager to agree upon, before the duties become a shared responsibility. The family own a cockapoo, so an animal lover is essential. The candidate will also be required to have occasional availability on the weekend, so flexibility is key.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 gross per annum
