SalaryOur clients has an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join their Private Client team based in Norwich city centre.
This friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills to work for both the highly rated property and planning teams.
You will be supporting them with a range of tasks including:
• Transcribing and proof reading letters, emails and other correspondence
• Audio typing and some file management
• Scanning, paginating and photocopying
• Providing general administration support to the team
What we are looking for from you:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A good eye for detail
• Good organisation and time management abilities
• A team player
• Great typing skills
• Motivated with a strong commitment to learning
• Previous legal secretarial experience would be advantageous
