Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Fee Earners.
- Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize case files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
- Assist with document filing, court submissions, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle telephone inquiries and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient case management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as an administrator or secretary
- Proficiency in using legal case management software and MS Office Suite.
- Experienced in audio and copy typing
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
