If so, we have a fantastic opportunity with a prestige letting agency based in Newcastle.
Looking for someone to join them on a full time and permanent basis, salary up to 25k.
The role will involve providing general lettings admin support, including liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, compliance and paperwork, booking viewings and registering applicants.
Alongside this you will be providing day to day support the senior manager on site.
The person:
- Confident, outgoing with great communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in this industry
- Organised, great attention to detail and able to manage own workload
