Responsibilities:

1.Leadership and Management:

• Take the lead in overseeing the lettings department.
• Provide hands-on management, guiding and supporting the team to ensure optimum performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the office.

2.Lettings Operations:

• Handle all aspects of lettings operations, including tenancy agreements, viewings, valuations, and compliance.
• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day functioning of the lettings department.

3.Market Engagement:

• Build and nurture strong relationships within the local market to enhance the company's presence.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and legislative changes affecting the lettings industry.

4.Client Relationships:

• Maintain excellent communication with landlords and tenants
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.

5.Team Development:

• Promote a positive and motivated team culture, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within lettings is essential.
• Strong knowledge of lettings processes, tenancy agreements, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
