Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities Include:
- Registering potential tenant
- Arranging and conducting viewings across Brentwood & Hornchurch
- Negotiating offers
- Submitting tenant applications for referencing
- Assisting with move-ins
- Identifying potential new business opportunities
