Requirements:
- Previously worked for 1 year as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of lettings experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- High standards of service and presentation.
- Strong local knowledge.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
