Our client is a leader in their field and they specialise in sales, lettings, and property management across Grays, Essex. Their team of expert property consultants are dedicated to ensuring clients have a seamless experience in all aspects of sales and lettings.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities, conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising with potential clients (Sellers, Buyers, landlords and tenants)
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department
- Listing properties using an inhouse digital CRM
- Diary management
- Arranging bookings for properties and hosting viewings on sites
- Ensuring all tenants are compliance checked
- Generating new potential vendor and landlord leads
- Ensuring all listed properties are regularly updated on all social media platforms.
- Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
- Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
- Building strong relationships with local property owners.
Skills and Experience
- You should be an ambitious, hard-working, and a target-driven individual
- Must have 5 + years in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.
- Must have Driving License
