Inter-County Nursing & Care Services is widely regarded as the leading provider of home care services within Chichester and surrounding areas.
Our Live-In Care Service is expanding, so we are looking for Live In Care staff to join our existing team to support people living in Chichester, Rustington and surrounding areas. Ideally, we would like to recruit people who can work on a rolling rota basis (as an example 3 weeks on, 1 week off or 7 weeks on, 2 week off) but we take a flexible approach and can offer short or long term placements to meet with your own personal circumstances.
As part of the Inter-County team, you will be expected to deliver high-quality care to people in their own homes, whilst supporting them with all aspects of their daily living needs. A caring and compassionate nature with a desire to help others is a must! The work can be varied and no two days will be the same, but as a general guide, you will provide support with personal care needs, medication administration, shopping, meal preparation, social engagements, light domestic work or just having a chat over a cup of tea!!
Employment Package
PAY: Weekly pay from £730.00 depending on the complexity of the individual's care package
BONUS: A welcome bonus of £175.00 paid to all new staff
MILEAGE: Mileage to and from place of work paid at 0.45p per mile
HOLIDAY: 28 days paid holiday

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to be placed for hourly work in the community outside of Live In placements should they wish to pick up extra duties.
