Locum Fostering Team Manager - Hybrid working
Salary £38 - £40 per hour
NonStop Social Care is looking for a Locum Fostering Team Manager for a temporary contract with an Independent Fostering Agency in Cardiff.
The Fostering Agency has a strong reputation of providing the highest standards of care to looked after children in foster placements. They work with in-house built therapeutic models and have a child-focused ethos.
Responsibilities
The Locum Fostering Team Manager is ideally an experienced social worker that has managed a team before looking for career progression. You will be involved in operational responsibilities which will be a great chance to learn and develop on this side of social care.
As part of the role you will also work collaboratively with all stakeholders with an aim to ensure that the children and young people in care reach their full potential.
Requirements
Please apply if:
- you are a Qualified Social Worker
- you have 5+ post qualifying experience with IFA or local authority fostering
- you have management experience
