A company based in Hemel Hempstead require a Logistics Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fast-paced position for a candidate with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Duties

• Conducting regular stock checks to uphold accuracy and availability.
• Efficiently scanning and uploading information onto our database system
• Addressing internal and external inquiries
• Providing support as part of a wider team, ensuring smooth operations
• Coordinating deliveries and ensuring accurate data input into the database
• Managing a high-volume mailbox, ensuring prompt responses to customer queries
• Handling service complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in within a similar position is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in using office software and database systems
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to undertake heavy lifting as required by the role
