Responsibilities
• Counts and verifies material as it is received.
• Verifies information on tickets.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Performs data entry and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets.
• Collects, organizes, records, and files information.
• Performs Rating & Billing duties.
• Handles specific operations invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Liaising with clients and internal departments
Other skills/abilities
• Accurate typing and/or data entry skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Balances team and individual responsibilities.
• Consistently at work and on time.
Education and Experience
• One to three years related experience in Logistics or Supply Chain role desirable
